You will be learning different techniques and using a range of different mediums to create your very own art works for your journal using inks, stamping, watercolours, acrylic paints, gelli plate, stencilling and much more.
These classes are held weekly on a Friday
9.00 am -11.00 am
$40 a session, all materials supplied. ( including GST )
Crochet / Macrame Workshop
"Explore the world of fibre arts with our crochet and macrame classes! Learn the basics and start creating your own projects, from beanies and scarves to wall hangings and plant holders. The sky's the limit!"

- Create Your Own Carry Bag: Learn the basics of sewing while making a practical and stylish tote bag.
- Get to Know Your Machine: Master the skills to unlock your machine's full potential and become a more confident, creative sewer.
Make a bag and learn to sew
Come along and learn how to sew your own bag with an easy pattern to practice your sewing skills.
All materials supplied, bring your own machine or use one of ours. You will go home with a lovely bag and some new skills.
$50 a session - all materials supplied ( including GST ) Held every Wednesday 10 am-12noon
Get to know your sewing machine
Is your sewing machine tucked away in a cupboard collecting dust?
It’s time to bring it out and have fun with it.
In this class you will learn the basics of the machine, how to thread, winding the bobbin, feet and needle position, speed and much more.
Bring your machine so you can get familiar with it or if you don’t have one we have machines you can use.
$35 a session- all materials supplied ( including GST ) Held every Wednesday 10 am-12noon
Creative Writing Workshop
Why should we write?
Writing is good for the soul, everyone has a story – it doesn’t matter if you have writing experience or are a complete beginner in this workshop you will learn to trust your senses, emotions and memories to find that quiet voice inside you. Through some gentle writing exercises, you will find a way to express yourself creatively and begin to tell your story.
A creative investment $40 per session includes all materials ( including GST )
Wednesday’s 6.30 pm. – 8.00 pm.
Some Saturday sessions will become available in the spring.
A 4 week writing program will also be available for a more detailed exploration of creative writing
